-General Residential Home Inspection A full overview of the home inside the scope of the InterNACHI Florida Standards of Practice. (Includes basic thermal scanning) starting at $350.

-Move-in Certified / Pre-Listing Inspection A Move-In Certified® home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. Starting at $350

-4 Point Inspection The "Insurance Inspection". This inspection covers the roof, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing. $100

-Wind Mitigation Inspection This inspection uses a standard form to tell insurance companies what type of wind mitigating materials your home is constructed of. $100

-Pools and Spas A residential pool and spa inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a pool or spa. $75
